2012 Porsche 911 Cabrio Shots
Any motoring manufacturer finds it hard to keep new
models under wraps, recently the new Porsche 911 (998) has been
spotted doing some testing. Very little is known about the model,
but the images flying around the internet at the moment are
certainly spilling the beans.
It is unknown yet what lies beneath this
beast, but from the outside the busy designers at Porsche are still
churning out that same distinct Porsche styling, without actually
changing much at all. There are a few changes that can be seen from
the pictures. The first major change we have heard about is the
length of the car, it will be slightly longer. Due to strict
European pedestrian safety laws the front end has had some styling
tweaks, we noticed minor changes to the way the headlights sit. The
wing mirrors also sit in a different position.
We don’t know anything else about this car
yet, engine specifications are a mystery and I am sure that we will
see some distinctive, yet subtle changes to the rear end. As we
find out more we will give you the nod, until 2012 we can only wait
with bated breath.
