Lash Saranna came through in the Porsche Spirit.

Our intrepid leader Lash Saranna entered the 2009 Coventry Half Marathon as a test of his endurance.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Autobahn, Lash’s spirit & endurance could never be questioned, but running a half marathon with a dodgy back (he was on morphine & unable to walk earlier this year!!) coupled with four knee operations for footballing injuries presented a real challenge.

For a person who’s on the go 24 / 7 , there were limited opportunities to train, but once again Lash showed that everything is achievable if you put your mind to it. He was obviously very pleased when he not only completed the race but in an amazing time of 1hour 57 minutes.

The trump card has to be his position in finishing the race - and the position was??...

A true Porsche number – It was finishing number 911 out of nearly 3000 runners…….Well done Lash!!

What’s next then, Lash?? The London Marathon??
