MPH 2009 - Top Gear LIve - Premiership Success for Autobahn

Again this year, we were invited to take part in the Top Gear live – MPH Show at Earls Court & Birmingham’s NEC. We exhibited a range of our vehicles at the show and it was a tremendous success. Anytime there is an opportunity for us to show our passion and expertise for the Porsche marque, we are always keen to get involved. Whenever we exhibit at these types of events we always have a great time and the response we get from our visitors always give us a boost.

We put a lot of preparation into this year’s event and carefully selected some of our superb examples to showcase. This year we displayed a newly launched Brand New Porsche Panamera, which had a lot of interest. We also had a classic 993 coupe from 1996 on our stand.  All of our vehicles on display had a lot of attention and we had some great compliments and interest from visitors to our stand.

There were literally thousands of enthusiasts and celebrity visitors to our stand. Amongst them were two premiership footballers admiring our vehicles: Nicolas Anelka of Chelsea and Benoit Assou Ekotto of Tottenham Hotspur. Both were keen to see some of the vehicles we had on display and both of these guys knew their Porsche!
James Caan of Dragon's Den also came across to say hello (he was promoting his prestige car shaped computer mouse at one of the stands).
Presumebly he wanted to get some tips on our real enterprising spirit!! 

Anyone who visited the shows will agree with us when we say it was a great spectacle and a brilliant atmosphere.
